What it is
The Consistency Project is a 12-week, 1-on-1 coaching program for women who train hard but aren’t seeing their body change. It combines strength training, flexible nutrition, cycle-aware coaching, and habit and mindset support, all built around your actual schedule.
You get a coach, not a template. Your plan adjusts to your life every week, not the other way around.
What’s included
Every client starts with the same foundation. From there, it’s built around you.
- Custom strength training program
- Flexible nutrition guidance
- Weekly and daily check-ins
- Direct support access
- Habit and mindset coaching
- Ongoing adjustments to your plan
- Mental health check-ins
- Cycle tracker in your app
What the 12 weeks look like
The program always starts with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. That’s enough time for a new way of training and eating to become your normal, not another thing you tried.
- Week 1 — Foundation. Goals, measurements, and a baseline. We build the plan around the schedule you actually have.
- Weeks 2–4 — Consistency. Training, nutrition, and habits become repeatable instead of something you have to fight for.
- Weeks 5–8 — Progression. Load, volume, and intake get adjusted as your body responds. This is where the change shows.
- Weeks 9–12 — Ownership. You understand what works for your body and can hold it yourself, so it doesn’t leave when the program ends.
Who it’s for
- You want shape and strength, not just a smaller number on the scale.
- You’re busy and running on empty, and need a plan that survives a bad week, not one that assumes unlimited time.
- You’re training toward a real goal, an event, a competition, a physique target, and want structure and honesty about what it takes.
Who it’s probably not a fit for
- You want a plan for a few weeks, then to walk away. This is built around a 12-week minimum for a reason.
- You want a rigid meal plan and fixed numbers with no flexibility. Nutrition here adjusts to your real life instead.
- You can’t commit to weekly check-ins. The coaching depends on that back-and-forth.
- You’re after fast, dramatic before-and-after photos rather than a routine you can actually keep.
How we start
- Free intake call. We talk through your goals, your schedule, and where you’re currently stuck.
- We map the fit. An honest read on whether The Consistency Project is right for you, no obligation to continue.
- Custom plan. If it’s a fit, your training and nutrition approach gets built around your actual life.
- Week 1 begins. Foundation: goals, measurements, a baseline, and a plan that starts adjusting to you from day one.
Questions before you book
What if I don’t feel ready?
Most people start before they feel ready. The intake call is where we figure out honestly whether now is the right time, not a pitch to convince you it is.
What if I can only commit to some of it, not all of it?
The program works because training, nutrition, and check-ins move together. If you only want one piece, a full coaching program probably isn’t the right fit, and we’ll say so on the call.
I don’t have much time to spare. Can this still work?
This is built for exactly that. The plan works around a real, busy schedule. What matters is whether you can show up for the check-ins, not how many hours you have free.
What if I don’t hit every session or every meal perfectly?
You won’t, and that’s expected. The program adjusts weekly around what actually happened, not what was supposed to happen. Consistency, not perfection, is the goal.
