Coached by an active competitor

Daphne is an active IFBB bikini competitor. Competition prep isn’t theory here, it’s something she does herself: the cut, the peak week adjustments, the posing practice, the nerves backstage. That’s the difference between advice from someone who studied competing and coaching from someone who’s currently living it.

How we start

  1. Free intake call. Bring your show, your federation, and your date. We talk through what your timeline actually requires.
  2. An honest read. Whether your date is realistic, and what the prep needs to look like to get you there in good shape, not just any shape.
  3. A plan built around your show. Training, nutrition, posing, and check-ins structured toward your specific competition, not a generic countdown.

Frequently asked questions

Can you coach me toward a competition or a specific physique goal?
Yes. That level of goal needs tighter structure and more tracking, and it needs an honest conversation about your timeline first. Bring the goal and the deadline to the intake call and we’ll map out whether it’s realistic.
Do I need previous competition experience?
No. Some clients are preparing for their first show, others are returning competitors. What matters is a real timeline and a willingness to train and track consistently in the months before a show, not prior stage experience.
Which federations do you coach for?
Bring your specific show and federation to the intake call. Posing and presentation standards vary between federations, so the plan gets built around the specific competition you’re preparing for, not a generic template.
